My Sweet Sweet Granny~ I will not need a special day to remind me of you~ With You, every day was special~ You have left me with so many wonderful memories.. No one will ever know the Heartache, as We all try to carry on without you~ Especially Grandpa~ Our Hearts will ache with sadness and the tears will flow~ There will always be Heartaches and enough Tears to fill an ocean.. But there will also be Precious Memories of the days when you were here with us~ I will always hold you close, within my Heart~ and there you will always remain.. I loved "You" dearly and in Death~ I will do the same~ I know you are pain free and I know you are dancing in Heaven with Jesus and rejoicing with all of our loved ones~ I know we will all meet there one day~ and oh what a day it will be~ to see Jesus, You~ My sweet precious Gramma and my precious Daddy.. I know you are giving him big hugs! You were so Beautiful, when you went to meet Jesus , so at peace , so serene and that look upon your face, will be what will get each and every of us through each day! I will always love you Gramma~ Thank You for all the Beautiful Memories and for Loving each and every one of us~ sometimes even when we didn't deserve it.. Hi Everyone~ I didn't get to send out my blog, before leaving on vacation~ Work was so crazy right before leaving and trying to pack~ But here I am on Vacation! We left last Thursday night finally at 11pm and got to Galvanston on Friday afternoon, caught our Ship on Saturday ~I am on a cruise to Cozemel , Progresso & Yucatan....... Cozemel was yesterday, me and my best friends went and swam with the dolphins, and even got to ride them... It was so AWESOME!!!! Today was Dune Buggy day at the Beach in Progresso, it was a Blast, except I got way to much sun, (I should of used that damned Sun Screen, Lol !) And not to even mention to many Sex on the Beaches!( Should of brought more Tylenol) Lol..... So here I am paying 25.00 bucks for 60 minutes of Fubar, Lol......... My luck still hasn't changed as far as the Slots! So anyways just wanted to say Hi and I hope everyone is having a great week!! XOXOXOXOXO~ Always Cathy

Just wanted to let my dear friends know~ that My sweet granny went home to be with her Heavenly Father~ She passed away this morning at 10:37am, at the Hospice House... We moved her from the hospitol Sunday evening, to the Hospice House, so we could make her as comfortable as possible... And to lesson her suffering~ We all are pretty much okay~ the hardest part right now is seeing my grandpa cry.. We will celebrate her life on Thursday.. So I just wanted to share this with my dear friends.. The next few days will be really crazy~ So just wanted those of you who care to know.. that I will be off and on as time permits..... Thanks for everything....

I am so proud of my son! He is currently attending~ Tarrant County College~ and will graduate Fire Academy~ August 31st~ 1 day after my birthday! What more could a Mom ask for......... Well he did it~ he is now a State Certified Firefighter! They were all so worried about the State Test, but all 15 of them passed! Ft. Worth starts recruiting next month~ SO say a PRAYER..

In The Line of Duty" What is the meaning of "In The Line Of Duty" It means that an officer made the Ultimate sacrifice. It means that someone took an officer's life. A hero has fallen. Officers who gave their all To protect and serve Have been killed by someone whom they swore To protect and serve. It means that their badge will no longer be on their chest And they will join "The Best Of The Best" It means that family and friends are left behind To deal with the lost of a loved one. Only having the memories of that loved one Close to their hearts. Something no one can ever take away. It means that family members will stand at the officers grave And wonder why ... Why would someone take an officer's life And leave them there to die? If we only knew. Today an officer will place their badge on their chest To fulfill the dreams of heroes killed "In The Line Of Duty" Heaven Called It's Hero's Home" There's a reason I cried when I heard two officers had died, and a third was critically injured and fighting for his life. I cried again , the day his 2 fallen conrads were laid to rest, and my Heart broke yet again, after hearing that the 3rd Officer had also died...The reality hit hard in the life that we live to a job where people are asking you to constantly give. Three of the finest today paid the ultimate price and with pride and honor made his greatest sacrifice. The public has no idea on a day to day, what you went through and how many lives that are now touched, the killer never knew how you sometimes went to work, with very little sleep, Duty and Honor, a vow you must keep. Like most cops you were most likely underpaid, but it's a job you loved, the one for which you were made To protect and serve, is how you lived your lives. My heart goes out to your now devastated families. It's a knock on the door every officer's family fears and that's why today my eye's are filled with tears. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families that will be without~ A Father, a Husband, a Son , a Grandfather , a Brother, and True Hero ~They will be missed beyond doubt. Heaven called Three of "Our" finest home today. A price anyone who loves an officer hopes they will never pay. Lord, Watch over each and every unsung hero we pray. So they can be with the ones they love at the end of their day.. Can you lay your life down So a stranger could live, Can you take what you need but take less than you give, Could you close everyday Without the glory and fame, Could you hold your head high when no one knows your name. ~I Didn't Really Die~ A fine Daytona afternoon, the season had just begun... My Boys were running one and two, and I was having fun.. I probably could have won the thing, but something held me back.. I was busy watching Jr. and Mike~~ and holding off the pack. I was looking toward rhe front and not really to the rear.. Something tapped my bumper, but still I had no fear. I thought it might be Sterling~ I knew he was nearby. When Sterling smells the Checkered Flag, I'll tell you, he ain't shy. I slipped a bit, I turned the wheel. I sensed something very odd. It wasn't Sterling's tap, I'd felt. It was the tap of GOD. "Not now, I said, I'm racing hard". "There's still work here to do". "Your time is up, "HE whispered low, "So say a quick adieu." I wasn't really ready, but I didn't have a choice. He'd tapped me on the bumper and I heard, HIS hallowed voice.. So I did as He instructed. I just packed it in and left.. I guess it can't be helped, that I left some of you bereft.. Did you see those birds upon the wall as they scattered in the breeze? Will it make it easier to know that one of them was me? There was also Davey,Dad and Neil, and some of the other guys I've known.. And they all came to Daytona, just to escort me on Home.. Hey~ Congratulations, Mikey! You made a worthy run. I wish you many many more. Your wins have just begun.. All that fun in Victory Lane, I was as proud as proud can be. Did you see the seagull, flying low? Yeah, Mikey, that was me. So friends and fans and family, don't mourn me for too long. Get on with life~take care of things~be brave and proud and strong. I'll surley miss you, every one. About that I will not lie..
