Staff Rules 1. NO Promoting other lounges in anyway (bullys,status, email invites) doing this will result in mods being taking away!!! 2.Be in the lounge as much as possible 3.Make sure to Greet everyone that comes in the lounge!! If they feel welcomed they will come back 4. make sure you ask all visitors to join the lounge (but dont be to pushy about it sometimes it takes a few visits) 5. EVERYONE is to link as much as possible new members make the lounge grow!! so we ask that everyone does at least 20 links a day (but feel free to do more) 6. Eject bagheads for no pics go to the sb explain why they got ejected and if they need help uploading a pic.They get 3 chances after that they get banned. 7.No drama in the lounge if a member or visitor comes in causing trouble you have 3 choices 1. silence 2 eject 3 ban use the best judgement on the situation you have the powers use them.. 8.No links in the lounge delete those dropped by members and visitors (this includes their Im addys too) tell them to use the sb for that.. 9. In the past we have let Mods be staff in other lounges we will no longer be allowing this.. (those that are already double staffing and we have talked to may continue to do so unless it causes problems) Thanks for all you do She`Devil
