ok how should I start this! I have 3 kids.....I am divorced single mom...my ex lives 500 miles away....I've been goin at this alone for almost
6yrs...my children now are 15 13 and 10..they spend the summers with my ex every year. so with that said, I am having some major problems with my oldest son, he is getting into trouble at school, skipping classes, being a nuisance to his teachers. he has been caught smoking by the police got himself an MIP...also on one of his days skipping was with a few other kids in a car and the driver hit someone and then took off...I confronted him about it because I was not made aware of this by the school or the police...he's like I'm sorry I'm sorry...then two days later gets kicked out of school for 3 days for acting up and not listening to the teachers...I've thought about sending him to his dad...or sending him to a private catholic school here in town. his dad is never home, he travels at least 5 days a week for work and my son would be basically raised by his girlfriend that my kids really hate.
So my question is....
Do I try a year at the catholic school?
or
Do I send him with his dad? |
