| Big decision at work. I was taken out of my department now for about 3 weeks to remodel our store. When I was in my department there is a mother and daughter that have been getting on my nerves for a long time and it is getting worse. I asked to be transferred to another department after the reset, because of them. The new manager has asked me to reconsider and stay in the department and she will make me in charge of the department for a dollar more an hour. As much as I can use the money, I don't know if it is worth putting up with their crap, and going back to getting migarine headaches everytime they work. I have been very happy the past 3 wks. not having to work with them. What should I do? I do only work part time. |
