Since you all asking about how my Gym workout was coming along I keep you in suspense no further I am happy to announce that on day 3 heading to workout I fell off my back porch broke 2 ribs and a finger so now I'm working on my breathing exercises lol( foot note:: )God forbid you ever break a rib my advice to all

Well I finally did it ... I have lived up to my 2000 New Year Resolution and joined a gym and Health Spa my A1C went from 15.4 and 2 Diabetic Comas down to 7.1 and some breathing room so time for this ol YARDAWGG to get off the porch and do a little Barking and Growling of my own. lol.
