After 3 years of being in denial, I finally got out of a relationship with an abusive drug addict. I had him arrested and got a full order of protection, and he broke it within an hour of being released. He's now in contempt of court and going to jail. I was scared to do this for 3 years. I'm glad I finally woke up. If you're in this kind of situation, don't be like me. Do something about it.
