About me? Well here goes. At 44 yrs old I'm an easy going guy who is semi retired from a 30 year career and now newly single. I have a slim to atheltic build and can keep my ego in check. I like to consider myself as an easy going and open minded guy who has a great sense of humor... laughter is key to a happy life. I try to keep an optimistic attitude about everything and don't take myself as being so damned serious. Life is to short to carry around resentments and anger, it's friggin wasted energy. I enjoy being with female company who have the same attitude as me -open mindedness and willingness, to try new things, who enjoy talking as well as listening, perhaps a FWB. I consider myself to be genuine and sincere, almost to a fault. My philosophy is "shit on me once, shame on you. shit on me twice, shame on me. I'm not a door mat! Headgames and being strung along are not for me - been there and done that. I'd like to find a female FWB to hang around and chill with... no comittents and we respect each others needs, goals and desires.

Interests
I enjoy cooking, films and sometimes chilling out at home with no plans. I enjoy meeting new people in person and not hiding behind a keyboard. Other interests include internet research... sorry but it's part of the job. Gotta love the History Channel, Discovery Channel and enjoy paranormal research and things that go bump in the night, pretty damned intriguing -at least to me. Another interest is meeting new woman and sharing both physically and socially - or should I say "what I'm thinking about at the time" as well as sharing my feelings and talking about what I've done the majority of my life, keeping in mind that it's NOT ALL ABOUT ME. Love to hear what she has to say. I enjoy public speaking about issues with adults and teens regarding certain life choices that can set you up for success as well as what can ruin you.

Huge fan of classic rock, 80's and 90's music and music from the big band era. I'm a tad nostalgic. Pretty much any music but friggin rap.
