Video Games
I'd rather play card games than video games, but I used to play a lot (as far back as atari!). I try to take all things in moderation, including excess, and when I play video games I tend to get obsessive and usually walk away with joystick thumb. I can think of many other things I'd rather do if I'm going to have sore body parts afterward.
