I apologize for the length but I am actually curious as to whether or not I am being a witch.
My son's father has to cover daycare expenses during the month of July since my son will be with them during the week. Mind you he owes about 2300 in back child support at this moment.
Baby stepmomma sent a text to me complaining about having to pay when they will still be taking money out of his check to cover it. I told her that he needs to file a paper with FOC to get his child support reduced for that month. She insisted that I needed to pay because they were still taking it out of his check and they'd have to wait until the paperwork went through before they weren't getting the shaft anymore. (I refrained from mentioning at this point that I have been paying day care for two months without help even though he's supposed to pay every other week... cause I haven't been receiving any child support) But I DID refuse to pay it for them.
Am I just being bitchy? Or am I in the right? |
