when u pay your vonage bill whether u are a lil behind on payment or not watch your bank acct closely especially if you have talked to them and told them u can only pay a certain amount because they will take the full amount causing your bank acct to overdraft...they just overdrafted my acct with my bank and when i called to talk to them i was put on hold for 15 min and then they hung up on me.
