Because of my current job ive put on weight i never have b4 want to lose it an go back to my old peak or physically better but i dont know the right way to track my progress should i do a a work out diary something i can read an track my progress or a video log an watch how im doing it an if there r areas for improvements or is there possibly a 3rd option i don't know help me out an comment if there is a 3rd one btw be serious no joking around |
