I was in a car accident the other day. I was behind an Aztec and it suddenly veered right around two stopped cars, leaving me with nowhere to go as there was oncoming traffic and there were cars to my right. So I ended up rear ending a yellow Aveo and pushed it into a truck.
My question is....
IF they take me to court, should I fight it and argue that the damage done to the front of her car was too extensive and that it would not have happened had she not had been tailgating? Or just bite the bullet and pay? |
