Recently it has come to question what a Good Staff Member is.
Recently we have had problems with our staff being forced to choose between the lounge they agreed to protect, and their friends who feel the need to cause problems in the lounge.
A Good Staff Member Realizes that THEIR FRIENDS WHO ARE CAUSING PROBLEMS FOR THE LOUNGE THEY WORK FOR ARE THE ONES WHO ARE FORCING THEM TO CHOOSE BETWEEN THEM AND THE LOUNGE THEY WORK FOR!
A Good Staff Member REALIZES that if those people were their friends, they wouldn't attack what they value. They would bow out gracefully when fired, not cause problems for the lounge that their friends work for.
Let's say that YOU are staff in Excito Diabolus. And your friend George (a fake person) was just fired because he lied to the lounge owner saying that he couldn't DJ anymore because it was interfering with work, when the truth was that he wanted to DJ for another lounge. Jesus 666 Fires this person, and this person runs all over fubar telling that he was fired and banned for wanting to dj in another lounge. The Truth IS, that he was fired and banned for lying to the lounge owner. The Lounge Owner Should Not Have To Accept Being Played For A Fool in His Lounge That He Needs Trustworthy Support.
So "George" convinces MORE of Excito Staff to Team Up With Him and Create A New Lounge. GOOD STAFF MEMBERS WILL FIND OUT ABOUT THIS AND TELL THE LOUNGE OWNER IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE LOUNGE AGAINST PEOPLE WHO WISH TO CAUSE PROBLEMS FOR IT. EVEN IF IT IS THEIR FRIEND! Their friend is FORCING THEM TO CHOOSE BETWEEN THE LOUNGE THEY ARE PROTECTING AND THEIR FRIEND WHO IS JUST ANGRY ABOUT BEING FIRED/BANNED!
Good Staff Members are a Team! They are a Team of People who are here to Help The Lounge Succeed! They Are A Team Of People Who Work Together To Protect The Lounge From People Like George! They Should Tell Their Friends to NOT Force Them To Choose Between Them and The Lounge They Work For!
Apparently People Lately Only Think They Are Part Of A Team When There's No Problems. When A Problem Arises, it is All of a Sudden MY PROBLEM instead of a Problem of Excito Diabolus (and its staff).
If This Is What Kind of Person You Are, Save us All the Time and Trouble, and Do Not Accept a Staff Position. Because Haters Come and Go All Day Everyday. It Happens in ALL LOUNGES. But I'm a Dickhead when it comes to People playing me for a fool, so yes, i tend to make enemies. Other Lounge Owners Allow Themselves To Be Walked All Over. That is not Jesus 666!
To All of my GOOD STAFF! Thank You For Being Here! Thank You For Showing Everybody What a REAL FRIEND IS! Thank You For Standing Up to Your Friends who Seek to Cause Harm to the Things You Value, For They Are Not Your Friends if they Cause Problems for YOU and Your Team of Staff!
