What my beliefs means to me
my world, my faith, it lets me see
the world in beauty, no matter what
be it people, trees, a magestic buck.
It opens my eyes, allowing me
to appreciate all I can see
The wonder of a blade of grass
the artistry of a piece of glass.
My goddess allows me to be me
Never expecting me just to see
what others see, or do, or feel
I have a choice, and that's the deal.
I choose to love her, shes for me
Opening my eyes so wide to see
The color of a new born rose
the wonder in those thunder shows.
I am never alone, she is with me
I only have to open my eyes to see
She's all around me, My Lady who
has taught me to love even you.
Wiccan and witch, that is me
You only have to listen to see
that I am happy to be alive
unlike so many others who only survive.
