I need a lot of things,

I need comfort at the end of the day.

I need praise for a job well done.

What I have is simple

I have you and the kids

I have a warm bed at night.

I have my sanity.

I want a lot of things

I want happiness on bad days

I want simpathy for when I'm in pain

I want just you, and me.

I'll have my cake and eat it too.

I'll have you in the morning and evening

I'll have you all to myself.

I'll have us to call home.
