and have known

and we shake off the panic...

you realize 

we feel lighter

unshackled

the Calm you feel

comes over you

like a seawave....

and suddenly you feel

something you lost

while burdened with all 

that STUFF.....

It's Called FREEDOM..

and in and thru it all

there's a strength you pick up

lying in all the ashes...

Like a lucky penny you pick up 

off the sidewalk

Hang on to it...

Put it in your pocket

and walk away from the old you

and start unchained

to build the new
