In the room of memories...
In the room of memories
there is a long row of coffins
with things from the past.
The coffins with the oldest content
is closed.
The ones with new content
is open -
so they can be filled at all times.
Some of the last mentioned
never closes.
Some of the closed coffins
are easy to open -
then you can study their treasures
and you might be wiser.
Others are hard to open,
maybe the fog of forgetfulness
is over them like a vial
or it might be
because it's
connected to pain.
Right now
I stand before the coffin
with you and me in it,
quietly i close it.
I wonder if it
will be hard to
open the coffin again,
or if it will be forgotten
as the time goes by.
