Linguine and Pork Stir-Fry
This colorful and delicious pork and noodle dish comes together in minutes once the slicing is done. The flavorings are simple -- just a bit of sesame oil with a good pinch of pepper flakes -- letting the pork and veggies take center stage.

Ingredients:
* 1 pound linguine, uncooked
* 1 tablespoon sesame oil
* 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 4 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
* 1 cup green onion, white and green parts, thinly sliced
* 1 1/2 cups red pepper, thinly sliced
* 3/4 large carrot, thinly sliced
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 1/2 cups pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
Directions:
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
In a Dutch oven or large skillet, heat oil over medium-high to high heat. Add remaining ingredients except pork and linguine. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add meat and stir-fry until cooked, about 2 more minutes. Add hot linguine; toss to mix. Serve immediately.
