Litmus paper
Litmus paper blotting out the scribbled marks
Of past thought that one has brought before me.
Flaking away the pulped lined epidermis in which we write
Upon .
Not being able to read the words truly thought under the
Correction of the pigment in which it is hidden .
So I turned it over page by page and rubbed upon them with
Wisdom and age , to see the mind to whom my thoughts were engaged
The love letters hiding upon the lines of the corrected
thoughts from another’s mind.
Hiding upon the pages in hand the thought hidden that don’t stand
Beneath the milky white the letters hide to be keep from sight.
After the pen ride.
