The past few months it seems I have experienced little setbacks repeatedly. I know nothing beats the me moving 4x in ONE month....but this little setback was..I know some of you know that I had a minor car accident about 10 days ago or so. I think it finally caught up with me. Where I work there are Nurses, Doctors and Physical Therapists. The head of PT examined my muscle and thinks it has to do with soft tissue damage from the accident. I somehow pulled a muscle within the last 2 days. The muscle is located around my shoulderblade from my shoulder to the front of my body. Let me tell you...that puppy hurts. It even hurt to breath deeply. If I am in and out for the next day or so...it is because I am a bit indisposed. Thanks again for being great friends and supporting me :)
