mum expired. [FRIENDS]

My work is jacking my schedule around again and it's cutting into my time with my daughters (who I only see 4 days a month, due to my work). Things should go back to normal after October-November, and it's a decent job... Do I tough it out and loose the time with my daughters, or look for a new job???
