sometimes love is illogical, irrational, and  uncontrollable
most often times love is a surprise attack you never see coming
in a form you'd most certainly wouldn't expect.
there's no reason for no answers for why
it just is
either you take it in stride and be happy with it as it comes
or you reject it spending your life always wondering what if
what if i ignore everything everyone says
what if i thought for myself just that one time
would life with person have been better
would we still be together
would i have never lost my best friend
questions that will never be answered

so why is it then love is unmanageable
why does love have to be random
why is it when it's real love you never have a fucking clue.
it;s like a having a duh moment when it hits you and your whole world changes
you become scared
your behavior around them changes despite how hard we try and hide it
internal debate on whether or not they feel the same way
and the what ifs begin
what if they don't feel the same
will you loose a friend

what if they do feel the same
what next
will it last
is it worth risking a friendship for
what will our friends say


love isn't always as easy as black and white as hard as we try
love's a test
a test of our faith in other people
a test of our trust, our will power, our commitment.

love isn't alway about loving simple what's good for you
love is accepting and loving any way those that fight against us

while love may not come once in a life time  it does last a life time.
we may grow apart and move on but love is always there
it hurts and reminds us that while yes love can be grand love also hurts.

and while loves grand love alone can not keep two together
love is work a full time job, it's almost never easy and they're will always be ruff patches. you have to work at it to make it work.

While being in love is grand and the feeling of that love returned is wonderful.
There is a love we should all work at and keep going.
they love we have for our selfs.
because if you can't love your self how can you love someone else........
