I left work early today. There wasn't much to do so I was able to leave. I ended up taking a nap shortly after I got home. Woke up during a horrible dream. I know that it was because of the stuff I've been going through... I woke up with tears in my eyes and my heart pounding. I hate remembering my dreams because they're always so vivid and I wake up feeling exactly the way I feel in the dream. Bad dreams do that to me especially.
The last time I had a bad dream was probably a year ago. I didn't scream out this time though. I usually do. I used to have night terrors when I was a kid. It would freak my dad out when he'd see me sitting up in bed with my eyes wide open and screaming. He thought I was awake when I was actually dreaming still. Creepy shit.
Anyway... The dream I had was terrible. I won't go into details but I know that its due to the stress I've been under for the past month. *sigh*
