Vanilla Ice Cream
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup milk or half & half
1/4 tsp vanilla
'Ice Cream Maker'
1 sandwich-sized Zip-Loc bag
1 gallon-sized Zip-Loc bag
2 tbsp rock salt
Ice cubes
1. Put ice cream mix ingredients into the smaller Zip-Loc bag and zip close.
2. Put the smaller Zip-Loc in the larger bag, along with the rock salt and enough ice to make the larger bag 3/4 full.
3. Shake and roll filled bag over and over on a towel (the melted ice may leak a bit) until frozen (about 15-20 min.).
