I am begging for someone to help out with an American Bulldog that is at the Scioto Pound. He is severely underweight, weighing only 49 pounds when he should probably weigh about 80 with his body frame. He is very very weak. I took him cephalexin and had them start him on panacur. I would be glad to help with the cost of vetting him but I can not bring him to my house to stay. (I could board him a few days at the vet clinic where I work) but every time I pull a dog like this I get stuck with them and I am unable to place them in a good home here is this county. This guy really deserves a second chance. He has really been a victim of neglect and cruelty. No dog asks to be treated like this. He probably lived his life on a chain and no remembered to feed him. He was found in a persons yard in this condition. No owner known.
