A faint sort of cry
Almost, as if a voice,
Trapped from inside.
Where does it come from?
This feeling I fight?
It keeps me company
Night after night.
By myself or with some friends,
I still can't deny.
It comes on even then,
Before you could bat an eye.
So where does it go to,
when the feeling subsides?
Is it all in my head
or can't I comprehend?
That there is only one beginning
and there’s only one end.
