I noticed, I have had some painfully truthful conversation with people recently to find them suddenly dissapearing.
You know I have recently been having issues..sadness and pain. Nothing too major but I feel so heartbroken..but no one broke my heart. I do not understand the feelings.
All the changes in my life..New bosses, moved, surgery, life altering events for people I love for the better...I just feel so open and raw.
I know there are other things I need to do in my life..but lately it has been so hard to stay focused. Sleep doesn't happen like I need and I just feel upset.
I hope this passes soon.
