No Answer
"Why do you love me?" she asked yet again.
Knowing the answer but needing to ask.
Hoping this time the answer will differ.
He said with a smile as he reached for her hand.
"I Love you and that is that.
Now come sit here, my dear sweet love."
She sighed and shook her head
Once again she got no answer
An answer she has been seeking all her days.
She turned and walked away
Wondering once again, why?
Why her hat they all love?
She does nothing special
As plain as plain can be
But to her, they all flock.
Maybe someday the answer will come
To the question lying deep within her heart
Why do they love with no reasons behind?
Until that day so far away
She will sit and wait
Asking again, "Why do you love me?"
