Downrating is not a way to make friends on here...When people downrate me they get blocked so remember everytime you downrate someone on here they are not going to be your friend and also some people do put the downraters in a bulletin to let people know not to be friends with them and to block them!!!!!!!!
I would say Thanks for the rate however to me CT is NOT to down rate anyone if you cannot find it within your heart to rate others a 10 and meet new people and make new friends then why bother??However I am a nicer person then that and choose to at least wish you a Great Day befor I block your ass (= HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!
