OK...scroll all the way to the bottom of the page...it's under the row of pics at the very bottom. Sometimes it's hard to see if the background is the same color as the font...
You don't have to do layouts on here like you do on MySpace...just click on the edit skins link under you pic on your homepage...you can browse through some and add them to your page. Or if you find one that you like on someone's page you can go all the way to the bottom and click"rip this skin" or"browse user's skins". If you browse through them you can preview them before you rip them...try with mine if you want...I have a ton of them collected!!
