Caren Kohberger was arrested Tuesday in New York. She is charged with child endangerment in connection to her son Alijah's death.
Kohberger was wanted on charges that she handed her 3-month-old son over to the man who is accused of stomping the boy to death.
Yenne filed endangerment charges against Kohberger last week.
The probable cause affidavit for the arrest warrant alleges that Kohberger handed her son Alijah over to Travis Mullis, even as she knew the man was unstable.
Mullis is accused of stomping the boys head, then dumping the infant’s body in a grassy area off the Galveston Seawall on Jan. 29.
