I truly "love" some of the people in our condo building. (Please note the quotes. LOL) They seem to feel that it's their place and they can do whatever they please. Granted, while this is true to a degree, being in a condo setting, there are State Declarations and Rules and Regulations that need to be followed.
One of the declarations is that 80% of your unit MUST be carpeted. It's an older building and doesn't have sound proofing. WELL, some people have decided they're "going to do what they want to do" and put in tile/hard wood floors. Um, hello, no.
You can have tile/flooring in the hallway from the door, the kitchen and bathrooms. Everything else though, carpeted. Well, apparently that interfers with their lifestyle (in the case of the people that live above us without carpeting - it must mean running around liked fucking animals). They feel that the State Declarations and the Rules should just be "tossed out" because they don't agree with them.
Also, we have a passenger elevator in our building. Key word here is passenger. Well, this fool wants to know why he can't use the elevator to move heavy furniture. Um, hello, not a FREIGHT elevator? The moron upstairs from us (and this is a doozy) said that he would let his place FORECLOSE before carpeting. Seriously, this guy is proving just how much of a dumb Polak he is. (I'm Polish so I can say that. LOL) Let it go to foreclosure, trust me, no one in the building would miss you and you're gonna be out a shit load of money.
