* 3/4 cup chopped cooked chicken breast, or other chicken meat
* 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. blue cheese, crumbled
* 2 Tbs. green onions, chopped
* 2 ounces cream cheese
* 1/4 lemon, juiced and peel grated
Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, raw cut vegetables, etc.
