A new Study Finds Crime Growing at 'Alarming Pace'. Some Cops Say Hometown Security Sacrificed for Homeland Security
This huge problem is going to get worse before it gets better and all in the name of ignorance from the law enforcement executives and all the people in power would they be from the educational, political, religious or scientific community. The sad reality is that the very essence of their problem is due to pure ignorance and it is catching up with them and society at large.
For years now I have pointed out this "Death Wish Generation" and its deadly subconscious attitude. Conventional educationists are simply helpless and keep drowning deeper in their lack of knowledge. There is so much more than what logic has to offer to those mental snobs and the obvious facts is that; the educational systems either scientific or religious values do not work and is failing miserably.
This world's leaders are so logical, so rational so earthy and so slow to catch up with metaphysics. May be its all about money, power, politic, and greed? After all this is America where capitalism rules and who cares about the children killing themselves. Those kids (The Death Wish Generation) DO NOT regenerate with religion and cannot understand or handle the depth of their natal Pluto (death) in Scorpio (drama).

Rest assured that regardless of the astronomer's ignorance, Pluto is still out there and kicking.
Now the oblivious kids can only regurgitate their serious frustrations against an ignorant ruling greedy decaying society by staffing themselves with destructive rap music and drugs. There is no much they can do, money rules, its business, its all over, its free on the net, its an epidemic where Pluto imposes its violent behavior destructive powers through passions, sex, drama, death and ultimate power. But again how many of you possess cosmic consciousness and know about each and every planet's polarity and positive or negative expressions? I am so desperately trying to bring some sense to the pillars of our society especially the Police, NASA, the Government and our religious communities. But what is terrible is that the entire world's residents and all its departments of justice are totally and completely under the jurisdiction of Pluto and they have NO clue of this fact.

As mentioned to my faithful readers so many times over the years, I am coming from the archetypal realm of consciousness being myself born (like many of you reading and supporting my work) with an advanced UCI (Unique Celestial Identity).
While the majority of souls are coming from the hard logical, scientific or deceiving religious communities here I am trying to insert spirituality to a reluctant world sanctified with religious fears and humongous ignorance.
The sad reality is that born with a limited UCI it is practically IMPOSSIBLE for those young "educated" souls to penetrate a much deeper meaning of life and a much higher vibrational system.
What's even more frightening is the same very "educated" people will not honor the essence of the word science with INVESTIGATIONS or even try to upgrade their absolute perception of the Divine. Fear of the ridicule or religious convictions acts as a serious phobia and they are incapable of auto analyzing themselves.
Rising to a higher level of perception (or building cosmic consciousness) demands one to pay attention and master the secrets of the Universal Mind. But unless the soul is blessed at birth with curiosity or an advanced UCI the understanding of the human psyche interacting with the Universal Mind may be too much to perceive.
Tell any educated moron (astronomers, hard core scientists or hard core religious lunatics) that the brain is nothing else than a computer (programmed at birth / your astrological chart / your UCI) to interact with the Universal Mind and regulates one's life and fate within the worldly affairs.
Thus the logical, traditional educationalists and pillars of all members of our ignorant government are responsible for the children's inability to regenerate and cope in a decaying uncaring society.
Money, money, money, its all about money, greed and power where the horrific results are obvious and will lead to many wasted young lives. Its all about energy, its all about vibrations where messages from disturbing destructive rap music (lyrics) are gradually passed unto the subconscious.
Combined with easily reached drugs (pot) and abuse of amphetamines this "Death Wish Generation" became an easy target for Neptune's deadly quick sands. But again how many of you took the time to UNDERSTAND Neptune's powers upon generations of the past? How many of you read 'SOS To The World"?
May be you should pay attention and see how seriously poisoned this young deadly generation really is. But Dr. Turi my gosh this file is so BIG some will say. Your wisdom will save the kids from themselves and will not become another dramatic statistic and a wasted life. Is that too much to ask a mother or a responsible teacher? Is such a little investment that will save a kid's life worth it?
Now the real facts in your face and what are you going to do about it? I am working 24-7 trying to help the children of tomorrow and my wish is one day to see my first Astropsychology School where the children will be taught their relationship with the Divine and allowed to regenerate spiritually instead of seeking answers to the meaning of life or finding a safe refuge with drugs.
Are you ready for a terrible possibility? The sad reality is that; if nothing is done SOON with the education of our children some of the most destructive souls of this "Death Wish Generation" will one day come in power and purposely BLOW UP this world with nuclear devices. Pluto rules death and drama; Pluto is VERY real and kicking producing a myriad of dramatic deadly news regardless of some morons' decision in Europe.
Pluto rules the police, the FBI. The CIA and while the Tail was in this sign I fully and unarguable predicted 2 years ahead of time a FULL RESTRUCTURE OF THE FBI/CIA and well before our President mentioned a single word about those changes. All my faithful readers read many of my predictions and acknowledged this fact thus you may want to take this prediction seriously and help me by passing on my newsletters to everyone concerned with the kids, especially this "Death Wish Generation".
Its time for the police to LISTEN and give me a chance to prove my claims as I have so much to offer in terms of true wisdom that will, in the long run save the lives of many courageous police officers and the lives of children. But will they?

WASHINGTON - (Oct. 14). The nation is on the verge of a crime epidemic, according to a report to be released this weekend at a conference of police chiefs. The report, compiled by the Police Executive Research Forum, says violent crime across America is "accelerating at an alarming pace." Joseph Kaczmarek, AP - A detective looks over a Philadelphia crime scene involving a teen shooting. The study finds that the combination of guns and youth is a major contributor to the surge in violent crime.
Although the hard facts echo earlier statistics from the FBI, what is striking are the anecdotes from the police chiefs and mayors. They say a new "culture of violence," an "alarming element of viciousness," is now attached to many violent crimes. In this culture, the report explains, "arguments over seemingly minor issues escalate to the retaliatory murder of additional people." In Trenton, N.J., for instance, an argument between two girls escalated into seven separate shootings over 24 hours. One chief said he's frustrated with homicides in his city, and noted that they seem to be committed without any apparent motive.
"They occur for no apparent rhyme or reason. They come up over the smallest issue," Richmond, Calif., Police Chief Chris Magnus is quoted as saying. Some of the police chiefs blame the exacerbation of crime on a "thug mentality" that has been glamorized in music and movies. The sheriff of Las Vegas blames gangsta rap music and its effects on young people. An Arizona chief said some of our youth has become a "throw-away generation; nobody cares for them." "It appears that today there is a lower valuation of human life," Louisville, Ky., Mayor Jerry Abramson told the authors of the report. The murder numbers, as revealed in this report, are staggering. Orlando, Fla., had 30 murders from January to June 2006, compared with seven in the same period in 2005.
The number of murders went up 60 percent in San Antonio, 27 percent in Boston and 26 percent in Houston. Robberies are up almost 10 percent so far in 2006 from the same period in 2005, according to the report. Meanwhile, aggravated assault has increased by 25 percent in Atlanta and 14 percent in Boston. Some cities have shown reduced crime, but they are few and far between. Kansas City has seen murder drop by almost 36 percent, while Denver has seen a 30 percent drop in robbery. In Norfolk, Va., murder decreased by more than 60 percent, from 28 in the first six months of 2005 to 11 in the same period in 2006.
The report finds that the combination of guns and youth is the major contributor to the surge in violent crime. Many police chiefs expressed alarm about the easy availability of guns and are worried about legislation pending in Congress that would restrict the federal ATF from sharing gun-tracing information with local police, making it harder to track down the guns used in crimes.
Some police chiefs also complained that homeland security and the dollars spent to fight terrorism since 9/11 have become, as one put it, the "monster that ate criminal justice." They are frustrated because they believe the nation's priorities are sacrificing hometown security for homeland security. They believe they can be better partners for homeland security if they're not overwhelmed by problems on their own streets.The statistics represent the first glance at crime so far this year.
The report is to be issued at a meeting of more than 400 city officials that begins Sunday in Boston. The FBI's report on 2006 crime numbers, which incorporates crime numbers from more than 17,000 police agencies, won't come out until early 2007.
