The Big Apple... Never do get tired of seeing the place. Big city, rude people, cars whizzing down the streets of Manhattan doing what seems like 130mph... It's all a part of the NYC experience.
We walked around 1 World Trade Center Drive, ate in a true NYC Bagel Shop and stayed in what's called a Hostel in Manhattan's Upper West Side. We rode the subway (It was CaliforniaMoonKid's first subway ride), talked to alot of different people, and decided it was time to come home.
The funeral was nice... Short and sweet and enough for me to just get the heck outta there and start coming home.
All-in-all it was a nice trip. But I'll never go back to the city. You may ask why that is, and this is why...
NYC may always be my home... but every tie I had to NYC died with my grandmother. Now....... I have no reason to go back.
