Long time no see?
When's the last time we talked?
I hope next time is not so long between visits ...
I think you'll get where
this is going with time ...
Seems time has been on my mind a lot lately
and hasn't been on my side for ages ...
So I thought why not for the umpteenth time
bring it up as a subject matter - a g a i n !!!
(maybe I've too much TIME on my hands)
I know watching Ella and her
expressions as a 20 month old,
she's already watching the older people
and especially the little people, (kids)
watching them and knowing
with time she'll be able to play
and do as the others do with a little time ...
And so it begins ... 20 months old and behold
she's already on a COUNTDOWN?
We all seem to be counting down
to somethingeveryday
there seems to be something else
we cant wait until it's time for ...
or until that time is here.
Starts as Ella's age (not sure but possibly)
People seem to be wanting
time to pass more quickly -
ultimately wishing our age to progress:
At nine years it seems we
want to be double digits.
At that point it's all about
3 more year till TEEN-dom,
Then it's a few more years
until we can drive a car ...
Follow by wanting to get older
to get out of school,
Then possibly another graduation or degree years -
That we'll want to pass by ASAP and
to actully HURRY into the "real world"
Add other milestones that some strive for
Like the legal age for: this, that and another ...
Depending on what the person wants?
Then that's when it starts to slow down.
(the chronological benchmarks of time)
That we were so hurried to reach and
look forward to finally reached...
Which brings me to this:What's Your Next Countdown leading to?
Seems that after the age of 25 (In America)
We are not as eager to turn any certain age.
Good drivers will look for another rate drop
in their insurance premiums around Thirty ...
Then time seems to pass by so
quickly & we wonder why the hell we
were so hurried to get there in the first place ...
Seems like one day -
you may have been nervous
about graduating then -BOOM-Youre getting invites to a ten year reunion?
Then 20
- 2 5 -
etc . . .
Well, there's always retirement
to start thinking about ...
huh?
So - I know there -has- to
be something that has you watching
the clock, calendar ... stop watch?
Birthday Coming
Anniversary
Kids event
Hmmm, Kids - One of those vicarious
things we try to relive our lives with ...
(and start all new benchmarks)
Got anything that you're look forward to?
Come on, Something?
A Holiday?
A big family Event?

Speaking of countdowns ... seems like I was beat
by the clock BIG time all day today.

It's PASS time to call this a "Thursday" blog
here in EST, ugh ... My computer is a mess!
As I type a good friend is using my 11's for me:

Being I haven't been able to stay logged on
the site for more than 10 minutes at a time!
Unsure of the problem, but that will explain
WHY you didn't get any daily greeting from
"Your's Truly" today ... err umm yesterday.
But, about the comment that I never got out
(I think two people got it - before I gave up)
So, anyway I made it Thursday Morning from
an older "rockyou" graphic I'd made a year ago.
Seems with all the extra hassle and
the beating I took - TRYING to get
my computer to cooperate ...
It should look a lot better ???
lol
Shoot, If I was to get compensated for
the extra time and pain & suffering
endured for a comment that you never received ...
I wouldnt have to make them,
I could just buy em!
