so i decided im gonna start training again.i used to have so much energy and now not so much. for the most part im fit , although i need to eat better. i wanna start being as active as i used to. riding motorcycles, surfing ,wrestling,swimming and all that shit i used to do way back when hahah i want to be as strong as i used to be i used to feel like i could do anything and events in the past couple months have proven that im not as strong as i used to be ..and ive had enough
