well, after a long and crap fight with the bell county justice system over their illegal search of my apartment has resulted in me getting 3 days in jail, a $950 fine and my liscence suspended for 6 months. I dont actualy have to go spend time in jail since i sat there for 24 hours when i was arrested and it will count as a 3 for 1 time served deal. i can pay the fine out at $100 a month. My lawyer is getting my occupational liscence made now, meaning ill get to drive for 12 hours of the day and ill have to be a passenger the other 12. I dont even drive that much so as long as i keep a log of my driving hours then it should be like ive never even lost my liscence.
All bullshit aside, i shouldnt even have to put up with that, but since i have 1 prior it will be my word against 2 police officers who lied and said i gave them premission to search my apt. oh well, atleast i wont be subjected to monthly piss tests and fees that being on probation would bring about.
