Although the raccoons find it rather convenient, I'm not sure I dig it all that much.
I had the chimney specialist here yesterday and he estimated $900 to line and cap the chimney but won't do it until may. This means I have 3 months to come up with the dough. I'm trying to think up a clever scheme... charge the raccoons admittance? Sell myself on the corner? Start selling drugs? Maybe I could offer the chimney guy fubucks, I could pay him tripple that way. Any ideas?
