In Bradley Tennessee, a Man forgot what he apparently was carrying into a federal building and remembered just after he emptied his pockets. Bobby Dewayne Cross was visiting the courts section of the Bradley County Justice Center on Monday when he was asked to empty his pockets into a plastic bowl — a standard procedure. Sheriff Tim Gobble says the items he placed in the bowl included marijuana and rolling papers. When questioned, Cross ran from the building, but officers captured him within minutes. The 22-year-old faces charges of having contraband in a penal institution and evading arrest. OOOOOppppssy I had no idea those were there… I mean those can’t be mine…gotta go! Now either the dude was on it to begin with or it was an honest mistake… either way DUDE!!! Perhaps the penal system will freshen up that brain. Here is another story of the not so paying attention to details group… When driving a vehicle in the USA one has to know the gun laws…Well apparently they do not apply to persons of the Winchester Gun Club… or perhaps their club members think that way… A man was stopped earlier today in Branson County, Mo. Due to careless driving in which officers cited the man as Driving under the Influence. The man apparently did not know when to say when…or better yet when to shut up…He told officers he was a card carrying member of the Winchester Gun Club and that he had a unloaded gun locked up in a gun case in his trunk…Well then, possession is normally 9/10 of the law… and this man’s mouth was possessed to spew on and on about gun safety. Well now, either it was the fact he had one too many beers or his status of being a Card Carrying Winchester Gun Club member jaded his judgment. Well, he has time to think of his misjudgments.
