Hi all, just thought I would write about what has been going on this week. On the 5th i went to get paychecks and all. The car drove fine all the way there, and back with the charge light on for the battery. Andrew is going to bible study all week long from 9-noon. So at noon went out to start the car, and it is DEAD! I couldn't believe it! I just drove it to the city and back and it did fine. GRRRRRRRRRR!!! So I get into the Plymouth, which has 4 bad tires on it, and we pick up Andrew, run to the bank, deposit the checks, go grocery shopping, always spend more then I should, then run to cashland, and run home and unload the car. Clean the kitchen up and get all the trash out. Then run to Walmart, also spend more then I should there, lol. Come home around 8 or so, dead on our feet. So I call and order pizza, then around 9:15 or so I lay down on the couch and I pass out! Darryl came home last night around 10 or so. I finally woke up around 1 am or so when Darryl woke me up to go to bed. Man what a crazy day. Totally exhausted after running all day long. My day started at 8:30 and I went all day long. So this weekend we have to get the Omega fixed, the car that died on us. Shortly after we got home from Homeland, I tried it and it started! I am so tired of having broken down cars and always having to fix them, it seems like whenever we get ahead, we get shot down again by something, like the cars or something happens to the kids, I can't wait til I can get me a job to help out financially, and get out of this rut that we are in. Darryl left today for Illinois and should be back Friday sometime, we hope anyways.
His company is really starting to piss me off! He has had a cracked windshield for over a month, and he gets pulled into the Weigh Stations, and gets a verbal warning for his windshield. Yet they are the ones who haven't fixed it!!! And they gripe that he gets pulled in and wants him to his appt time on time, yet he just spent an hour or two in the weigh station, YEAH RIGHT! What do they expect??? He can't be in two places at once now can he?? GEEEEZZZZZZ they are really getting to me, the stress itself is enough for anyone, yet they play mind games with you, saying stuff like well you had better watch your attitude or you are gonna lose miles during the week. COME ON PEOPLE that is not how you deal with employees! That is basic people skills, you don't have that, then what do you have? Goodness. Well that's all the ranting I am gonna do today.
