I Pray
I kneel before you my heart and soul
Longing for that someone to hold
Trembling with each breathe I take
I pray this is no mistake
Lost in the moments that we can share
Please tell me you'll always be there
I have cried myself to sleep many nights
Now I pray for MR. Right
To sweep me up in his arms
And keep me safe from all harm
Holding me close to his skin
I pray he will let me in
And I pray to the angels above
To please let me find someone to love.
