It's easier to figure out relationship woes with a cool head. ==================================== Wow I had to post this.... this seems to be my biggest fall back. When I get upset, alot of times, I don't STOP to think. I have learned many times over that my mouth is my worst enemy. I don't have the bite, but sadly enough I know I have the bark to put damage on anyone. Guess this goes back to when I was married and had the creep following me from room to room going off on me. I tried so hard walk away till things calmed, but seems when I did that shit would hit the fan. I need to learn to do this again and have better lines open for communication then angry ones. I have learned for the most part when arguing or stating how you feel to another to use "I statements." Before it was you, you, you and anyone in their right mind would become defensive at that.
