PLEASE please pray for my daughters and me to be reunited. We have been seperated since 2000 and I have been working my tail off to get them back when they took them from my ex husband in 2004. I havent stopped and i never gave up. My love for my children is my whole body and soul without them im lost. Theyu are why I stuggle and cry and have been depressed for years. I would die for my babies and now they want to take my parental rights just because its been 4 years and the case got moved to a different county just a lil over a year ago the judge kept continuing it. Something To Laugh At
We all gotta find something to laugh at when our spirits are down, right? Well, for me it's one of the cats here. She's...well, I dunno...farsighted I guess. Her depth perception is off, that's for damn sure. It's funny to see her. Hey Reality Show Junkee
Since the first reality show "survivor" on tv there has been so many more new reality shows that I cannot keep track of whats showing anymore. What does these competitive reality shows teach us but to win at any cost if it means lying cheating or conniving. On the other hand you have the cast members who are there for the drama without which there is no fame nor interest cause thats what the viewers crave. So, at around 4am I am having a smoke outside of the hotel with my cop friend. All of a sudden, we hear a crow make a sound once in a parking lot in a tree. I was like "WTF?? 1 cup of butter 1 cup of water 1 tsp. baking soda 1 cup of sugar 1tsp. salt 1 cup of brown sugar 4 large eggs 1 cup nuts 2 cups of dried fruit lemon juice to taste 1 bottle of Jose Cuervo Tequila Sample the Cuervo to check quality. Take a large bowl, check the Cuervo again to be sure it is of the highest quality. Pour one level cup and drink. Turn on the electric mixer. Beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl. My Life Story
My name is Artie. I was born in a small town in Louisiana. I grew up on Dry Prong, LA. It was a wonderful small town where everyone knew everyone. My childhood was amazing until I was 10 years old. Starting Over
I guess everyone needs at least one blog. So here's mine. As of Novermber my 6 year relationship came to an end. Then instead of doing the smart thing and taking some time for myself, I jumped head first into another relationship. That relationship went up in smoke almost a month ago. Now, I'm working on being single, being happy with myself, and loving myself. These thing are't easy when you've never had to do them. There is nary a person who can make my blood boil faster than my mom. I love her to death, but she manages to always say something to make me wanna stab myself with a spork. Today
Today is my Dad's birthday. I won't be able to see him today, he said he had to work. But I am going to the mall and getting him something. Not sure what it is. Camping 4/2009
Ok so I am a little late but the camping fishing trip was a blast. Other then a few minor set backs like the wind tunnel tent, the camp stove that didnt want to stay lit, and major sunburns. This trip was Lots of fun. I even caught more fish then my husband on the last day. All in all he caught one more then me though. It was nice weather. A little chilly durring the nights. but snuggled up next to my man I was nice and warm. Cant wait for the next time!!!

Old age it's later then you think. Everything is farther away now then it used to be. It's twice as far to the coner and they added a hill. I notice I've given up running for the bus it leaves faster than it used to. A Life Changing Occurance
On Friday night, I had a life changing event to take place. I bought a motorcycle from a buddy of mine. I was so proud to have it. I didn't have a chance to get a tag, nor insurance on it yet. I had only had it for like 2 days. It was a 2006 Lifan, C20. I had to go to the coast to pick up my check for the week and work on a couple cases. When I got done, me and my wife rode to a casino to play our free play off our cards. We then went to Chili's and had dinner. We came back to the house. I was getting ready to do some more work on the bike and preparing to get ready to leave going to Texas for an interview on Monday. I had had a few drinks in the meantime. I've noticed that so many people so much time searching for something. At times its in front of them others it takes a little time. Realitizations
I've come to the realitization that I have some pretty sorry ass aunts and uncles on my mom's side of the family. My mom's parents are still both alive and are in their late 80s to early 90s..Granted, I don't see my grandparents as often as I should (I was raised particularly by my dad's mother who has been gone for 9 yrs now), I do tend to see them more then their own children. The same can be said for 2 of their other grandchildren. They have 7 children in all, 4 daughters and 3 sons. The 2 oldest daughters, my mom being the oldest are retired and stay with my grandparents rotating days of the week. 2 of the sons have just started staying off and on within the last week, but no clue how long that will last. While the other son lives in Alabama, so that is understandable. The 2 youngest daughters can't "bare" to see their parents like this. After raising 4 kids, and losing one husband, I decided to return to college and get the degree I had started, but never finished. And so, on my first day of college, eager with anticipation, and more than a little nervous, I took a front row seat in my first class in over 40 years, a literature course. The professor told us we would be responsible for reading five books over the course of the semester, and that he would provide us with a list of authors from which we could choose. Personal Burr Oak Update
I happened to drive past Burr Oak last night while I was running some errands. Needless to say, it's still off limits to the public. There were sherriff undercover cars blocking off the entrance, although one of the gates was open. One of the investigated sections is still blocked off from view. I do believe this is the second site. The other is at the back of the cemetery. There is a neighborhood street that runs along side it, but there is quite a bit of overgrowth and trees, so in a sense I could see how you might have missed it unless you were above the fence. (Hence the ComEd guys making their report.) This section is more toward the main street, the other side an on ramp for 294. There is some brush there as well. I don't quite see how this section would have been missed since quite a bit of it is viewable, but then again, I guess when you drive past a cemetery, you're not expecting to see a pile of bones and vaults. Sad Day Today For Me.
I found out this morning one of my best friends was murdered early sunday morning. She had been dating a man, and he started abusing her. She kicked him out, and had a restraining order on him.
