Post Surgery-2007
well when we first got to germany and in the hospital we quickly learned that the surgery was way more serious then we were told, and there was alot more being done then were told back here in the states by this doc, and i almost backed out the day before my surgery, but after surgery now.... the surgery is supposed to take between5 and 7 hours mine turned in to 11 and half hours, and then it took them another 5 hours to stop the bleeding, i had blood running out of my chest, then they tried to get my mom to come in cuz i guess i was fighting in and was trying to pull out the tubes and ives, so she came in and just about passed out cuz of the blood running out of my chest 2 tubes down my throat, and 8 IV's, but i did happen to wake up a little bit and i remmeber pulling as hard as i could but my arms wouldnt move and i looked and them and i was pretty much hand cuffed to the bed then passed back out, well they wanted my mom to try and wake me up so i could start breathing on my own or

This morning I have a thumping headache, a sore face and nose, a cricked neck, a kinked spine etc. but at I am aware of it and apart from only having 4 hours sleep last night I am all right. All this because I had a real seizure and this one I know was a seizure. That is because it actually felt like one and not a hypo episode. Weekend Past......
That's how I felt this weekend. Totally snapped off like a twig from society's tree and floating in space. I kept waiting for the Navy to shoot me down as an unidentified object. Things were brought to my attention and I was totally unaware of them. I felt like I had been living in a box, totally devoid of newspapers, television and the internet. I was so blissfully unaware. That's when the weirdness started. I had to be at work on Saturday morning for the final parent-student meeting regarding the class trip to DC that is rapidly approaching. This was interesting and provided a bit more insight to what a 13 year old really thinks. I may regret this. There are 40 kids going and the other teachers and myself. My Friends Who Want To Know What Is Wrong
Today has not been good!!! How do nurses and aids do this every day!!! He can no longer make choices. He does not realize he can not stand on his own. The silence of my room is broken at noon when the alarm goes off. I, however, don't rustle out of bed until just after 12:30 p.m. Do the the morning thing and rummage through all of my email accounts hoping for something interesting to read. I get an email from my old classmate Jeff Sergent who has been up in LA attending the LA Film School since last year. I tells me that he is currently editing a feature film called SEAL TEAM VI, and directs me to the website to check out the trailer. I click on the link, and watch the trailer. Nothing too impressive, its another standard Navy Seal movie, but it had a budget and it made sure that you knew it. I had 2 complaints with the trailer... 1.) Quite frankly I myself am sick of them. Why must we as a society focus on the size of a person. I am a fat chick, but truthfully I identify myself as being an individual.
