Been A Bad Day
Well, sorry if I have not been replying to messages, or posting comments, rating pics etc. The day started off great, had a day off, some of my friends boosted me over to level 10..WOO HOO... and I thank you and will return the favor 10 fold very soon. Then things went worse. Those that have pets will know what I am saying. Today I had to take my Rott (Gretchen) to the vet to be put down. She lived a long life of almost 15 years, and was in pain. I knew tha tI had to do it, but it was difficult to say good bye to a family member. She went quietly, I held her head and was able to give her a kiss good bye. I burried her in my back yard, along with my other family members (two dogs, and three cats) my boys and I dug her grave and made her cross. Time will allow me and my sons to get over the tears and pain that we are feeling, but she will be in our hearts forever. Some will say that she was just a dog, and to get over it. Another Tragedy
Well, another tragedy has affected my life. Tuesday before last I was only one of many whose lives were touched by a terrible, freak accident which took the lives of two good people. It happened on a local secondary road. One of my cousins was driving his pickup truck and hit head on into the path of a high school classmate of mine. It happened on a bridge crossing the river so neither had no where to go. How often would that happen that you would know both parties of such a terrible accident? Both vehicles burst into flames and they both died from the fire, not the impact! He was 17 days thereabouts from graduation and had already landed a job. He was a good ol country boy who loved hunting, trucks, family and music. She was a very nice friend and a wonderful wife and mother. Her husband was following behind her and tried in vain to save her amid her cries for help. My cousin made one last phone call on his cell phone to a family member to tell them of his impending fate. My husband is back in the states. I am back here in Illinois, patiently waiting his return to me. He is back at Ft. Lewis waiting to be released. He has PTSD. Its so hard on me, because I'm not a patient person, but I am forcing myself to be not only patient but caring. Feeling Crappy Lately
Just an update on me. I been feeling crappy lately and Thursday I had a siezure. I had one last year also. We didn't think it was anything but now that I had 2 of them. I had a CAT Scan done today and he didn't get the official report yet. He said he doesn't see anything out of the ordinary except I have more gray matter than I should..my brain looks older than it is...I have no clue what that means. He is sending me to a neurologist. Moxon We Will Miss You...rip
Lauren and I had to put our precious Moxie to sleep today I have lost pets to death before but had been fortunate never have to put one to sleep. It is very difficult to let go but I have to for Lauren's sake. I haven't written in this blog for quite some time. I don't have much time on here these days. My husband came home from Iraq and we moved into our new place only to live there for a few short months. He has PTSD and its very frustrating for me. We are currently separated because of it. I was suffering from major depressive disorder and his PTSD was not helping my depression. I knew he had it before he came home because he became very distant with me then too. He just needed some time he'd always say. I felt so unwanted and so unloved I was in tears for many months awaiting his arrival home. This also didn't help my depression either. When he got home things were good. He was still a little distant but a month into it, he just became extremely distant, he stopped telling me things, he'd spend most of his time away from home, usually at his parents or at school. Ahhh Memories.
What my midgets and I watched over the Holidays.I couldn't be happier!! Specially Dark Crystal,it was a gift from my in laws to the midgets.. Harley.....a Sad Story That Needs A Happy Ending
Hello everyone, We have a very special girl here in Ohio who is in desperate need for a long-term foster home or a forever home. Her name is Harley and she is 14 months old and was an owner surrender. She is a SUPER sweet girl. After having her here in Ohio we noticed that she seemed a little "drunk" in her rear end. Long story short, I had her examined by a veterinary neurologist because I was concerned about her condition. The neurologist has determined that she likely suffers from cervical vertebral instability, or "Wobblers Syndrome". She is is no pain from this condition, but there is compression of her spinal cord which causes her to have some weakness and ataxia (drunkeness) in her rear end only. We can't be 100% on this diagnosis without an MRI, but this is $1800 and rescue doesn't have the funds for this as it is only a diagnostic tool. The other possibility is that she has an old spinal cord injury, but this highly unlikely due to her breed, age, and symptoms. There

My Day At The Er
So the past couple days I've had a dull pain on my right side. Today would be day 3. After day 2 it turned into a sharp pain. Unborn Tears

How Things Change
Sorry, this is not a sex story. More of a rant. I have come to the conclusion that with all of the technology provided to us we have become less personal. Sometimes it seems that the normal courtesy of even saying bye is lost in the world of instant messaging and email. If you were on the phone or talking to someone in person, would you just walk off and leave? Would you not say bye? If someone walks up to you would you just ignore them like you aren’t there? How did we become so impersonal? No wonder our kids today don’t have any verbal communication skills or an idea how to act in a group of people. They are sitting behind a computer or a phone text messaging. Personally I miss the days of a proper conversation. It is sad to see such a wonderful trait lost in this technology world.

Stupid Monitor's
its been a long 2 days, i had my monitor die on my thursday and my flat screen died 6 months ago, grrrrrrrrr.. i went out and bought a new 19 inch flat screen at costco. was very nice n all. but pic quality sucked worse than a paris hilton skin video. aso all day friday i couldnt use it so i took it back today, got up early as not to rush back for work. got a 17 inch envision flat screen, just as nice but all metal. pic quality is a little better, but for some reason as other flat screen, pics on lc are fuzzy, wtf is the deal? if this doesnt work out i'll take it back and get my refund and worry about a screen when i get back from my trip in early december, yup i got 6.5 days left b4 i cross this nation and back. if anyone had or uses a flat screen, let me know how the quality of pics are on them. just dont remember them being so bad on my last one. i might be doing something wrong, so leave some input please, thanks.....goooooo yankees

The Black Mamba
I continued on with my "workout regime", as my current blog fans have entitled it, at 5:30am this morning. I'm pretty motivated when I put my mind into it. I think I could do ANYTHING, if I really wanted to! It lasted an hour, and it was back home to bed for another hour. It's a great feeling to workout early in the morning and then get to take a nap afterwards. You don't always get that pleasure when you go to the gym in the afternoon, or evening, unless you're going to sleep for the night right after you do it, but who wants that? Haha, not ME! A little girl went to her bedroom and pulled a glass jelly jar from its hiding place in the closet. She poured the change out on the floor and counted it carefully. Three times, even. Anyone Know?

Its a frightening and depressing thought to realize at any given moment you might take your last breath. I always knew that you never know when you will actually go but attending a funeral of one so young you soon come to a realization that life is so short and precious.Today was my cousins funeral who died at the tender age of 40. Sadly enough his life was over at 19. He was in a car with a drunk driver and they got into an accident. I only hold one memory of him before the accident. My Grandfather
Been stressing since friday, my grandfathers lips and fingers were turning blue; the doctors had to put him in the hospital. He is having problems breathing and getting enough oxgen in his body. we found out he has emphasima and a bleeding ulser, a mass under one of his kidneys and some water in his lungs. The doctors finally said he would need an oxygen tank with him the rest of his life. My grandmother an I are stressing neither of us want to loose him. We are happy however that they're going to be giving him medication that should help a bit and that he can home home soon, then maybe we can start resting a bit better at night cause theese 3-4 hrs a night is tiresome. I'm in! I just heard from one of the producers of the film I read for yesterday. They want me in their film. Although I read the part of the young, drunk, spoiled rich girl (Lyndsey Lohan was my motivation), they see me as playing the part of a producer, director, or agent in the film. I submitted to read for the agent but the audition was different than explained. Basically they handed most of us the same 'side' and had us read in pairs or groups, depending on the side. Five directors (and producers) sat in on each reading and took notes for their individual projects. Now, THAT'S how it should be done in Hollywood. Make us drive (or bus) it to downtown, pay for parking, and audition once but get submitted to 5 film projects. I'm extatic.
