I admit I should have cut my nails on about Monday, because the TSA wouldn't let me bring my clippers with me the prior week. So they're a little longer than normal. My grandfather had a second heart attack. The decided he didn't have to have any more stints, but then his heartbeat became irregular. So they gave him a pacemaker/defibrilator. He was all ready to come home and he started bleeding. So they have to get that stopped. As I've mentioned a time or two, my grandfather is the greatest man I've ever known. He's a former marine that served in the Korean war. He's 79 years old and still does his own landscaping. He also builds custom furniture and restored an El Camino in his "spare time". 7 Long Years
7 Years! Feels like an eternity. Didn't think I would wait that Long. Didn't think I would have to wait that long. But it's been 7 years to the day tomorrow. There was something on the radio the other day about things people do that nobody else does - basically saying that was what made people unique. This was my sixth burn, and after so many years of going I was thinking of it as more of a vacation to get away and hang with people who are more like me. Instead the very foundation of my world was shaken and my entire faith and belief system was revitalized. I know, thinking is bad, but I seem to be addicted to it. The same goes for food, whenever I try to quit it completely I get sick from withdrawl symptoms. I have different ideas that I couldn't really do, so I'd have to put them into books or movies, or something. Like this: Ambien and booze... It could be a tv series. First of all thanks for even bothering to read, it won't be short so please be a little patient with me :) I was going to post this once I reached level 40 but I have been forced to do so earlier because it became a conflict with my ABOUT ME section. I long for many things and one of which is unattainable. It sucks and even though life is full of disappointments I only desire a few things one of which I can't seem to have. Lost One
I have lost a very dear freind on here, WHy? That is tough question. I have talked with her and tried to get her to see that life can get better, I did all that I could think of get her to look at the future and what it could be. I let her know how much she meant to so many people. In the end, I was not enough help, she has deleted her page and tried to kill herself. Just An Update.
it's been awhile since ive done some sort of update blog, so here goes. my capitalization still doesnt work, i see. blake: soccer season is under way and he is paying more attention this year. it's great lung exercise for him. he just had his 4 year boosters yesterday. it's hard to believe lil man is 4. he is doing well. we are so blessed. his weight has hit a plateau, though. he's so active. we had to up the pediasure to twice a day, trying to keep the feeding tube away. great news from the cystic fibrosis clinic...they are now working on finding a way to make pulmozyme into an inhaler instead of the almost 30 minute breathing treatment! that would eliminate 1 treatment a day! he still has almost a year of negative readings with his tobi before he can go off of it for awhile. it's a twice a day, 28 days on, 28 days off breathing treatment. he's getting taller...finally! he's my lil hero. :) khloe: omgosh! she is growing so fast! she turned 2 in august and such the lil diva!

About 6 weeks ago I started having some problems, with my health..I have heard the saying ' pissin your life away' always but never thought I would imitate it. LOL.. Had to see a specialist this past week because all the preliminary tests done by my fam dr didnt turn anything up. Now I have to get MRIS done because the spec thinks that I have either a tumor or nerve damage as a result of the extensive damage I have had to my back plus the surgeries done. Tests will be done in couple of weeks so Im not worried, just hopin for the best. MOMMA Momma is doin well, in good spirits.. Havin some difficulty with her legs but has been walkin a lot, even mowing the grass ( under supervision).

I feel so bad. Last night I went out with my cousin's wife. We went to an interview/answer thing and met Sam Trammell. I tried sending texts all night. I didn't get an answer. One of two things happened. 1. They are really mad so they didn't answer my texts. 2. Life Update
Here is a brief update on my current situation: I just started my last semester as an undergrad! I'm very excited about it but I'm also very nervous because I need to write a 40 page senior thesis in order to graduate, and I haven't even started it yet. It's due in December and I also have to present it. After I graduate, I need to have my grad school applications in by January 15th. There is just a lot going on right now so I won't be on Fubar much. Right now I'm reading Huckleberry Finn for my American Lit class and I'm really enjoying it. Mark Twain certainly was a genius. I recommend reading it if you haven't already. I spend a lot of time at work when I'm not in school, which makes coming home to do school work and write a 40 page paper very difficult. I'm also a huge procrastinator. That will never change. I have tried over and over again to stay on top of things, but I always leave everything to the last minute. Oh well. I'll stop whining now. I need some sleep anyway. :)

Well now my ex is deciding to pick up my daughter 2 weeks before I get her to take her to live with him for that time. He has no one who will watch her while he works a 12 hr work shift nor wheil he is sleeping. So if he makes that attempt there is a chance that I will be making a run for my daughter this weekend. This poor little girl has made it clear to everyone around she wants to be with me and he is getting bitter about it. He assumes he will never see her again. I wouldn't do that. Yes he did it to me but it's wasn't fair to my fdaughter, that is her dad I am her mom she should be able to have contact with us both. well its been one week now since i found my kids after almost ten years i really hadnt slept till last night more then 2 or 3 hrs a night i took them out to dinner last night too and as i was sitting there looking at their 3 faces seeing them talking and teasing each other i had this feeling of total euphoria inside me i dont think i have ever been this happy in my life also i also relized how my son is just like me at his age 12 i used to tease and mess with my sisters just like he was doing my middle daughter just sat there smiling all night looking so happy my oldest daughter just sat there and gave it back to my son teasing him to me it as heaven watching all this unfold my ex wife not sure what she ws thinking i didnt ask her yes she was there too and no i didnt make her pay for her dinner my son picked the place tgifridays wasnt too bad i enjoyed the food cant wait for tomorrow im going to my ex wifes and me and her are taking the kids over to my moms

Well some of you already know that myself, my sister and my brother have started a non-profit organization. Well back in December we were told about a camp called Camp Janus that works with burn survivors. So we asked for an application to volunteer. We all filled one and and sent them in and i glad to say that we were chosen to go and help out with this camp. We have had an awesome time every time we go to the hospital to give out stuuffed animals and other things to these kids. So we are relly looking forward to going to this camp this weekend. While we are there we have been that there will be a TV network that maybe coming to do a story on the camp. Also there is a game show called YUCK that will be there doing games with the kids so there is a good possibility that we will be on TV. Calling All Former Smokers!!!
I'm 30 years old, and I've been a daily smoker for 16 years. (Except for those teenage days when I couldn't afford them, find someone to buy them for me, or smart enough to find where my parents hid them) Recently, I've been talking more and more about wanting to quit. So, I had my consultation at Tracy Anderson fitness today. They measured my body and asked me what my goals were for my body. I told them that the only thing I'm concerned about is that my butt stays nice and big and that I don't look like a female soccer player! Nothing against female soccer players, but I just don't want to look like one! She told me that the type of workout that I'll be doing is a mixture between pilates and ballet. So therefore, my muscles should be elongated and lean. It should be pretty interesting. I always like to try different types of fitness to find out which one works best for my body. I have many things going on in my life, one of my concerns (as trivial to some as it may be) is my dog....the love of my life, Buddy...I have noticed lately, he is not hearing things like he used to. Been Sick
As some of you have noticed I haven't been around too much. The old body finally gave out and I had to have my gallbladder removed and then had to go back in for another surgery to remove what was missed. Due to the that, I got pancreatitis. I was hospitalized for 2 1/2 weeks and lost 30 pounds. I have never been this sick before and didn't realize how serious it was until I started to read up on it. I am home now re-cooperating slowly and thinking, re-prioritizing things in my life. Just wanted to thank the friends who have stuck by me through this tough time. Well Now...
