Tax Cuts
I hear on the news that people are upset that there are tax cuts that benefit the rich. Well, it's an income tax, and the last time I checked, rich people tend to earn more money. Also, last time I looked at the tax rate schedule...it starts out at 10% for everyone....no matter what for the first so many dollars of taxible income. Then it goes up to 15% for a certain amount, then higher and higher until way past what I make it's much higher. Well, if the tax cuts that lowered mine from 15% to 10% were allowed to expire (if congress lets it) then my taxes, and everyone at the lower end will pay 15% instead of 10%. 15% is 50% higher than 10%. Remember that low income people pay that low rate and all of them will be rewarded with a 50% increase in income tax if the congress they voted for in November does nothing and allows it to expire. Sometimes i sit an ponder on the life i chose to live, bumps and bruises for the fans seems to be all that i can give. I have noticed over the last several months that I don't like who I am becoming. I don't know if I have been this person for a while and am just noticing or if I'm only recently changing. How My Memorial Weekend Went

One day when I was home alone, still living in the small McKeesport apartment, I was cleaning my bedroom. I heard what sounded like a light bulb popping, except it was extremely loud. State Of Emergency * Not The Game
Our country is in a state of emergency. Yes we have immigration issues. Yes, we have people dying in a suck bullshit war. Yes we have people whom claim that it's ok to spread your ideas, but then put you down when they don't concur with thier own. Yes we have hatred. Yes we have stupidity. The biggest disease in the world today is killing more and more people everyday. It doesn't care about race, religion, creed, skin color, or opinions. Memorial Ride for Fallen Soldiers There was thunder you could hear for miles in Western Minnesota this weekend. The sound came from a line of motorcycles almost five miles long. The meaning behind this ride did not get lost underneath the rumble. More than 400 motorcycles, almost 600 riders were part of the 2nd annual L.T.D. Memorial ride, which went from Montevideo to Madison, then Ortonville to Morris, and finally, ended in Appleton. Hi there all, my day has been an interesting one. I got a call from my sister stating that we wouldn't all fit in the vehicle that I had reserved. So we had to come up with a new plan to get to St. Louis! So we ended up talking about every other 15-20 minutes on the phone, til we came up with the idea of renting two cars with better gas mileage. So I called Avis to see if I could reserve the two vehicles, so I call my sister back, and she tells me to reserve them, then we can always take them off. So I call Avis back, and to reserve the vehicles, I have to have a major credit card, or if I don't have that, then with a debit card, it will be a $300 fee for both cars! I was like WHAT? I don't have $600 for both cars! So we both tried to call my mom, and she wasn't there, so we waited til she got home, then she called my sister. Hey everyone! Just wanted to let everyone know that the next few months are going to be hairy for me, as if I haven't had a hard enough year as it is! I am taking certification exams and the National SEE (Special Enrollment Exam) for the IRS to become an EA (enrolled agent) which represents clients before the IRS during audits. I am in the process of taking 156 CPE credits on top of the national SEE. The exams consist of 4 parts so I won't take them all at once (Thank God) but I have certification exams for my CPE credits while I'm studying for the national SEE. I will take the first part of the SEE in two weeks at the end of July. Part 2 of the SEE is the middle of August. Part 3 of the SEE is the end of August and Part 4 is the end of August. All parts are 3 hours long so all in all I'm prepping for a 12 hour EXAM! UGH! My first certification exam is tomorrow so I'm taking a short study break now and letting you all know what's going on. Its Finally Time
Its finally happening , in about 20 minutes Chris will be leaving K-Bay in Hawaii and heading to where ever they deployed his group. I wish he didn't have to go but its what he choose to do with his life. I just hope he comes home. I'm going to try and not worry about him that much but its going to be hard. I am proud of him. Well, I start my new position on midnight shift with Panasonic tonight, I just got out of the shower and have shaved, got ready a bit early since I couldn't sleep that well getting used to it. I will be working Sunday-Thursdays on this shift, so at least I do know I have my weekend nights off anyway. So Ryan and I went out to my uncles property last night and camped.....My uncles was gone fishing so we hung out with his fiance and my cousins and there old men......We had a great time! Having The Activity Monitor....no Point...really
Well I went to the Cardiologist this morning...they did yet another EKG...lasting almost 2hrs and then did an CT and MRI...come to find out...I will have to wear the Activity Device for 3wks...they have also found out that I have a heart murmur...they have put me on the Activity Monitor to monitor the beats and see what it would take to regulate..they say that the reason for the attacks is because there isnt enough blood flow in and out...that is all I know for now...when I go back is in 3wks when they will filter the results and let me know the outcome and any medication that I may need..So everyone just keep me in your thoughts and prayers(if you pray), if not thoughts would be nice...have a good night everyone...hugs! So what was supposed to be a SIMPLE Airlift transport turned into a 3 1/2 hr cluster fuck. She is pregnant, he had just saved her from a fire in her house, rescuing her by carrying her out of the house into her front yard, while he continued to fight the fire. When he finally got done putting the fire out, he sat down to catch his breath and rest. A photographer from the Charlotte , North Carolina newspaper, noticed her in the distance looking at the fireman. He saw her walking straight toward the fireman and wondered what she was going to do. As he raised his camera, she came up to the tired man who had saved her life and the lives of her babies and kissed him just as the photographer snapped this photograph.

The Prayer Sky Father looks down on us and sighs, while Mother Earth cries for her children. We have lost our place in the Great Wheel. We no longer learn the knowledge of our forefathers and mothers. We have closed our ears and hardened our hearts like wayward children that stomp their feet and shake their fists at their surroundings. Mother Earth's Trail of Tears is marked with sorrowful footprints, bloodied with intolerance, ignorance, and hatred. How can we find our way home? It was a drizzly and windy night outside. As we dined, I marveled at how the evening was progressing. The conversation in person had been altogether different from what I had imagined and even more different from our online and phone chats. He was indeed witty in a subtle way and had managed to speak to me not in a condescending manner, but as I imagined myself...an intelligent woman. Our table was in a secluded corner of the restaurant overlooking the river. Boats slowly passed ... trying to find their marinas as the storm lashed at them. Thru the windows, their lights looked musical as the rain ran down the glass, making them seem to undulate along the river. As the lightning flashed, I looked at his eyes and saw a gentleness and kindness that had first drawn me to him. I know we all remember things from the Bible... I know this is from Romans... For some reasone this is one of the lessons that has stuck with me and that I have always taught my kids... It's sometimes hard to do, but in the end well worth it... It really does work... Guess it's like the kill them with kindness sorta thing...
