My Eye Appointment

New Job (maybe) Ex-boyfriend
I'm so excited about tomorrow! After an early morning wake up, I go into the temp agency and fill out paper work to start working at Verizon Wireless (depending on a drug screening test worried about my meds I'm on). After all of that around 3 or 4 pm I am going to meet my ex at a park. We never really got a chance to end things, and with my grandma being sick again, I somehow something inside of me click and I started wanting to clean up old relationships. I don't know if this one relationship is such a great one to try and clean up, but it is the easiest one I can think of. It's amazing what a person starts thinking about when someone close to them gets sick. But I hope that this is all good thinking, and will get me to change my life from being angry all the time and with everyone to being happy. We will see.

My Day Off
Thank god its Tuesday. It has been great to actually relax all day and not worry about going to work. This is a big deal to me because I have worked the last 16 days without a break. Been A Very Boring Weekend!
Ahhh... The life of having school-age kids... They bring home germs! We've all been sick over the past week. I have had hardly any sleep, but yet, I can't seem to get more than 3 hours of sleep at a time. I suppose it has to do with the fact that I'm a bit nervous. I applied for a job last week and I got a call late friday afternoon (but wasn't around to answer... DOH!) for an interview. This job is really a good one. Pays $12.50 an hour, and it's doing tech support, which I've been doing for years. If I can get my dad to learn how to use a computer over the phone, I can get anyone past their problems. Women Drivers
I was riding to work yesterday when I observed a female driver cut right in front of a pickup truck causing him to have to drive on to the shoulder to avoid hitting her. This evidently angered the driver enough that he hung his arm out his window and flipped the woman off. "Man, that guy is stupid!" I thought to myself. I ALWAYS smile nicely and wave in a sheepish manner whenever a female does anything to me in traffic and here's why: I drive 48 miles each way every day to work, that's 96 miles each day. Of these, 16 miles each way is bumper-to-bumper. Most of the bumper-to-bumper is on an 8 lane highway so if you just look at the 7 lanes I am not in, that means I pass something like a new car every 40 feet per lane. That's 7 cars every 40 feet for 32 miles. That works out to be 982 cars every mile, or 31,424 cars. The Facts I Am Still Learning
As a mother of 4 one would think i know a lot about being a parent, but the fact of the matter is i am still learning, and will continue to learn every day as my children grow older. My Uncle
Well, my uncle has been sick for over a week. He has had a virus that has been going around. I had it myself. The difference being that my uncle has just kept getting worse and the doctors have been trying to figure out why he wasn't fighting the virus off easily. Well, the last of his tests results were completed today and we found out that he has a tumor in his stomach. From what they can see of the tumor, it appears to be about 3 inches in length and possibly about an inch in diameter. We know that the tumor is benign and not malignant, thank God for that. I am relieved to know what is going on at least though, just because this tumor is benign, it does not mean that he couldn't die from it because of its location and size. They have decided to try and newer treatment first and if that doesn't work then they will try an older form of treatment. If that still doesn't work, then they will do surgery. They are trying to avoid this due to the fact that he had surgery only a few months a
