i wonder sometimes why is when u first meet a guy and u are together for a long time and then get married that some of them turn abusive? I had a step dad that was abusive. I watched him beat my mom. Ingredients (use vegan versions): 1 cabbage 1 lb. of noodles 1/2 to 3/4 cups of vegan margarine (Earth Balance! Lilypond (www.lilypond.org) is the program I've been using to create the music score images in the background and in my gallery here, among other things. I have some long-term projects that involve it, that I mentioned in earlier posts in this blog (and in Musicstuffs.) The version I was using, and getting used to, was LilyPond 2.0.1 - very far from being up to date, but with the computer I had, the most recent one I could install. 5 Years Without Evan.. Remember The Fallen Soldiers.
Well the 5th anniversary of Evan's death is coming up soon. I was going to just stay home, mope and cry for the day. Ok, so I live in Salem, MA during Halloween. I already posted a blog of something freaky that happened to me the other day. Here is something freaky that happened to me today. Last week, we bought a new fish for the fish tank. It lasted 3 days before it started to look ill, then it just disappeared. I looked thru the whole fish tank, as well as my husband and daughter. We even looked around the outside of the fish tank thinking it may have jumped out. We couldn't find it. We moved all the plants and the rocks and shells. It was gone. This fish was a White Molly, about almost 2 inches long. The stones and background are blue and the plants are reddish brown and green as well as the rocks being brown and sandy. A week ago to the day it went missing, I found it floating dead on the top of the tank. Where was it this whole time? Why did it appear a week later? Why weren't we able to find it before now? Where Are All Of My "friends"

The Dawn Of A New Era.
Here I am kicking back and relaxing and it hits me. It's 7pm, my football picks are doing well, I turn 37 tomorrow, and, OH YEAH, I start my new job tomorrow! I actually tried to get hired on with this company 2 1/2 years ago. I even got an offer. Then the owners rescinded the offer and I was left out in the cold after a 6 month process. Now there are new owners and I have a new job. And I'm pretty excited about it. Exciting work, good employees, great benefits and better money. What more could you want? True to his nature, Jack begged for one more drink before he was taken to hell. The devil agreed and Jack ordered a pint of beer. And wouldn't you know it, Jack didn't have the money to pay for his final drink. Here's where things get a little odd. He Died Saving Others
Sgt. Nick Vaughan of Northeast Pennsylvania, left the US Oct 14 2007. He had volunteered his unit into Iraq from Kuwait a day early. The following day, there was not enough shelter for them all to get to safety. Nick got everyone there but him and one other guy (I am sorry I don't know his name). He saved 11 lives that night, including six 18 year old men. They were always his top priority. He died when a bullet struck his neck. Well I have known by best friend Derek for 18 years. Well today he is mad at me and I think that he will never talk to me again, which right now is too bad because this is his fault not mine. New Family Possibly
ok peoples, I have come up with an idea for a new family. I want to create a leveling squad. As of right now I have a few ideas for it but it's still open for many suggestions, even a name for it, but I'm putting the basics down to see if there is any interest. In today's newspaper there is an article about an interesting web site I'd thought I would share. Its called rottenneighbor.com If you check out the site, it will show you neighbors that have had complaints filed against them and give you a place to do the same! Here is a sample entry that is a few blocks from my house.. My neighbor is absolutely insane, banging on people's doors threatening everything from calling child services to violence. Easy Breakfast Burrito
INGREDIENTS: * 2 potatoes, chopped * 1/2 onion, diced * 2 cloves garlic, minced * 2 tbsp olive oil * 1 cup vegetarian beef substitue (try Soyrizo) * salt and pepper to taste * grated cheese (optional) * flour tortillas, warmed PREPARATION: Sautee the potatoes, onions and garlic in the oil over medium heat until potatoes are almost soft. My Braces Are Coming Off! Wooo!!!
I'm so happy happy happy! I'm finally getting these infernal contraptions removed! I've worn them for 18 months and before then, had to wear a splint for 9 months. Once these braces are removed, I will need to wear an appliance on my upper teeth for a year 24/7 that I can remove if I decide to eat or sing or play my flute. Its; hardly noticeable to the viewer - all they will see is a see-thru band across the front of my teeth. They will also glue in a wire with little round beads behind my front upper and lower teeth to keep them straight and I will wear those from 5 - 10 years. After that, I won't need anything at all! Wow..I never realized that fixing my teeth would take such a long time. Despite the costs, I'm very pleased with the results. I don't have the same type of 'bite'on my back teeth that I had before, but I can eat very well and my front teeth are beautifully straight! (It was crowded and crooked before.) Now I can smile broadly for photos!! WOOO!!! So happy!

Damn Car Accident!
I am sooo damn frustrated! I was in another car accident this past Friday. Some idiot driver ran a traffic light and I went flying right into her passenger door. When your just about ready to give up what do you do?
